This AI & Image Processing Policy explains how Macgie Co. Ltd. ("Macgie," "we," "our," or "us") uses artificial intelligence ("AI") and processes images to provide personalized wardrobe management and styling services.

This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose

Macgie uses AI to help you better understand, organize, and style your wardrobe.

Our AI features are designed to:

• Digitize clothing items
• Recommend outfits
• Visualize outfits on you
• Organize your wardrobe
• Build capsule wardrobes
• Plan packing lists
• Provide conversational styling assistance

AI is intended to assist your decisions—not replace your personal judgment.

• AI Stylist Chat
• Clothing Recognition

3. Images We Process

Depending on the features you choose to use, Macgie may process:

Clothing Images

Examples include:

• Tops
• Bottoms
• Dresses
• Shoes
• Bags
• Accessories

These images help identify clothing attributes and organize your wardrobe.

Personal Images

You may upload:

• Selfies
• Full-body photographs

These images are used only when required for features such as AI See on Me and body-aware styling.

Uploading personal photos is optional, but some AI features may not be available without them.

AI-Generated Images

Macgie may create new images based on:

• your uploaded clothing;
• your uploaded photos;
• your styling preferences; and
• AI-generated outfit combinations.

These generated images are part of the Service and are created solely at your request.

4. How AI Uses Your Images

Your uploaded images may be analyzed to:

• detect clothing items;
• classify garment types;
• identify colors and patterns;
• estimate body proportions;
• understand outfit combinations;
• generate outfit previews;
• personalize recommendations;
• improve wardrobe organization.

Processing occurs only to provide the features you choose to use.

5. AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence is not perfect.

AI-generated recommendations and images may:

• misunderstand your preferences;
• incorrectly identify clothing;
• inaccurately estimate body proportions;
• misrepresent colors or textures;
• produce unrealistic garment fit;
• generate visual artifacts;
• occasionally produce incorrect results.

AI outputs are intended for informational and creative purposes only.

They should not be interpreted as factual representations of your appearance or as guarantees regarding clothing fit, sizing, or purchasing decisions.

6. User Control

You control what images you upload.

You may:

• choose whether to upload selfies;
• choose whether to upload full-body photos;
• delete uploaded clothing images;
• delete AI-generated images;
• update your wardrobe at any time;
• stop using AI features whenever you choose.

Some AI features may no longer function after required images are removed.

7. Ownership

You retain ownership of:

• clothing photos;
• selfies;
• body photographs;
• notes;
• wardrobe information;
• AI-generated images associated with your account, subject to any rights of third-party AI providers where applicable.

Macgie does not claim ownership of your personal content.

8. License to Process Images

By uploading images, you grant Macgie a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• store;
• analyze;
• process;
• transform;
• display;
• generate AI outputs;

solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or necessary for backup, security, or fraud prevention.

9. AI Model Training

Macgie does not use your personal photos, selfies, full-body images, or wardrobe images to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.

We may use anonymized and aggregated usage statistics to improve the quality, safety, and performance of the Service, provided such information cannot reasonably identify you.

If we ever introduce an optional program that uses user content to improve AI models, participation will require your clear, informed consent.

10. Third-Party AI Providers

To deliver AI features, Macgie may use trusted third-party AI providers.

When images or prompts are processed by these providers:

• only the information necessary to perform the requested task is shared;
• providers are contractually required to protect your information where applicable; and
• processing is subject to our agreements with those providers and, where relevant, their privacy commitments.

We carefully evaluate providers for security and privacy before integrating their services.

11. Image Storage

Uploaded images may be stored securely while your account remains active.

Storage allows you to:

• access your wardrobe across devices;
• regenerate outfit recommendations;
• view AI-generated images;
• use your wardrobe history;
• continue using AI-powered features.

12. Image Deletion

You may delete:

• clothing images;
• selfies;
• full-body photographs;
• AI-generated images;
• wardrobe items.

When you delete content, Macgie will remove it from active systems within a reasonable period. Copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of business.

Deleting your account will initiate deletion or anonymization of your personal images, subject to legal obligations and legitimate security or fraud-prevention needs.

13. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your uploaded images against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Although we work to protect your information, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

14. Responsible Use of AI

You agree not to use Macgie's AI features to:

• upload illegal content;
• infringe another person's intellectual property rights;
• impersonate another person;
• generate deceptive or fraudulent content;
• upload content that you do not have permission to use;
• interfere with or abuse the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account under our Terms of Service.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AI & Image Processing Policy from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. The updated version will include a revised Effective Date.
